  1. We send invite to meet you in China
  2. We introduce Dubai Real Estate opportunities during the meeting + the Familiarisation Trip to Dubai
  3. We will have a traditional Chinese Dinner in the evening of our meeting
  4. During the dinner the Chinese Investors will meet each other and get familiar with JiaDibai team
  5. Plan the dates for the 3 day paid Familiarisation Trip to Dubai with a maximum of 12 seats
  6. JiaDibai introduce the Chinese Investors to the Developers. We make our margin from the Developers and not from the Investors
  7. During the entire Familiarisation trip, JiaDibai will be with the Investors entire time and give independent advise on investing, studying or living in Dubai
